These terms govern your use of DankFlip and any purchase you make. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. DankFlip is operated by DankFlip LLC.

Products, pricing & availability

We sell sealed trading-card products. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or correct pricing or description errors. If an error affects your order, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by ordering you authorize the charge for your order total, including tax and any shipping.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The DankFlip name, site content, and design are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our consent. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Condition & disclaimers

Products are sold factory sealed in the condition described. We don't control or guarantee the contents or pull rates of sealed product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond the condition described and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
