Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Everything ships factory sealed and carefully packed to protect collectible condition.

Processing time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping cost

• Flat rate of $10 per order.
• Free shipping on orders with a subtotal of $140 or more.

Delivery & tracking

Orders ship via established carriers (such as USPS or UPS). Delivery times vary by destination, typically a few business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships so you can follow it.

Lost or damaged in transit

Once an order ships, it's in the carrier's hands. DankFlip LLC is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit — please file a claim with the carrier, and we'll provide any order details you need. If the issue was an error on our part, contact us at support@dankflip.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and proof. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but reach out and we'll help where we can.
