Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DankFlip(“we”) collects when you shop with us, how we use it, and your choices. Questions? Email support@dankflip.com.

Information we collect

• Order & contact details — your name, email address, and shipping address.
• Order history — what you bought and the order status.
• Payment — card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To process, fulfil, and ship your orders.
• To send order emails (confirmation, shipping, delivery, support).
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional order emails.
• Our hosting & database providers — running the store and storing order records.
• Google Workspace — our support email.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies & your browser

Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser. We use only the cookies needed to operate the store and process checkout securely.

Analytics

We use our own first-party analytics to understand how the store is used — for example, how many people visit, which products get viewed, and where shoppers drop off. To do this we store a random, anonymous identifier in your browser and record basic page activity (pages viewed, time on page, your approximate region (e.g. state, from your IP address), and device type such as mobile or desktop). This data is anonymous and contains no personal information — it isn't tied to your name or email, and the region is coarse, not your address. We don't sell it, and we don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Anonymous analytics events are kept for a limited period (around 90 days) and then aged out.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it by emailing support@dankflip.com. California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal information under the CCPA. We'll respond within the time the law requires.
